Vivo Healthcare in Clewiston, FL, seeks a Florida-licensed Dietitian to lead our nutrition program for frail elderly residents. You will create personalized meal plans, complete assessments, and ensure the right diet at the right time while collaborating with Nursing, Activities, Social Services, and more.

You will help shape menus, specialty diets, and dining experiences in a warm, supportive team environment that fosters quality care and compliance.

Formación

• Florida Dietician License (unencumbered)
• Bachelor's in Dietetics + 1 year clinical experience (preferably long-term care)
• Strong assessment & care-planning skills
• Passion for nutrition, quality care, and making a real impact

Responsabilidades

• Lead our Nutrition Program with confidence
• Create personalized meal plans that honor resident needs & preferences
• Complete assessments, track progress, and ensure the right diet at the right time
• Collaborate with Nursing, Activities, Social Services & more
• Support surveys, QA programs, and menu planning
• Keep food service areas safe, clean, and survey-ready
• Build relationships with residents and families
