Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Lead Dietitian in Manteca, CA to provide evidence-based nutrition care and clinical leadership in a busy acute care setting.

You will oversee clinical care with some foodservice oversight and contribute to nutrition services for a predominantly bariatric population. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience in clinical care.
• Master’s degree in nutrition.
• CDR Advanced Practice Certification preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in practice state.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition guidance to patients, families, staff, and community.
• Apply current research to care in line with diet manual and facility protocols.
• Lead QAPI initiatives to improve patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Educate and mentor dietetic interns and department staff.

• Contribute to and lead QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of clinical and departmental staff and dietetic interns through education and training.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience.
• Master’s degree in nutrition.
• Advanced Practice Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
