Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Doctor's Hospital Manteca is seeking an advanced dietitian leader to provide evidence-based nutrition care and guide clinical teams in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will lead nutrition services for a bariatric patient population, with opportunities for program development and clinical leadership.

The role requires an RD with five years of experience, a Master’s in nutrition, and RDN credential; CDR advanced practice certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience.
• Master’s degree in nutrition.
• Advanced Practice Certification through the CDR, preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to and lead QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of clinical and departmental staff and dietetic interns through education and training.

• Salary: $88,000–$100,000
