Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Lead Dietitian to provide evidence‑based nutrition care, serve as a clinical leader within the healthcare team, and promote positive patient outcomes through innovation and expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community.
- Apply the latest research in accordance with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
- Contribute to and lead QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
- Support the growth of clinical and departmental staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience.
- Master’s degree in nutrition.
- Advanced Practice Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), preferred.
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
