Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Licensed as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and residents.
• This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dietary department.
• Schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate dietary staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional department.
• Ensure proper food handling, preparation, storage and service.
• Participate in care plan meetings to align dietary care with resident needs.
• Monitor meal service to ensure adherence to menus, recipes and dietary requirements.
