You will supervise dietary staff, develop nutritionally balanced menus, monitor safety and sanitation, coordinate with physicians and nursing staff, manage inventory and budgeting, and plan special events while maintaining regulatory compliance and a patient‑focused dining

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or foodservice setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff to ensure efficient delivery of patient meals and snacks.
• Develop and implement dietary menus that cater to patients' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation to meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other professionals to ensure timely patient meal orders.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute events for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs as required by regulatory agencies.
