• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff to ensure patient meals and snacks are delivered efficiently.
• Develop and implement dietary menus catering to patients’ nutritional needs and preferences.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation to comply with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff for accurate and timely meal orders.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to plan events for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain records, reports, and logs per regulatory policies.
