Job summary

Zyve, based in the greater Portland area, is seeking a Lead Mechanic/Maintenance Manager to service our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment and oversee shop operations five days a week.

This leadership role requires at least five years in heavy equipment maintenance, strong diesel engine knowledge, and proven team leadership. The role offers a competitive base salary ($100,000–$130,000 DOE), a service truck and gas card, a 401(k) match, discretionary bonus potential, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and management.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components and heavy machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on team building and mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair for heavy construction equipment.
