Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of diesel or automotive maintenance and repair experience or technical school education.
• Experience in a lead technician or supervisory role preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CDL; company training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance programs and mentor technicians.
• Oversee complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs; conduct road tests as needed.
• Supervise shop staff, conduct daily huddles and performance evaluations.
