Position overview

As a Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman, you will schedule and perform maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and maintain service records. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, generating work orders, maintaining vehicle knowledge, and monitoring shop performance.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain CDL (training provided)
  • At least 5 years of automotive or diesel repair experience or technical school education
  • Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred
  • Mechanic’s tool set
  • Willingness to participate in ASE certification (training, testing, bonuses provided)
  • Subject to DOT drug testing; no Schedule I drugs allowed
