Position overview: Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman

As a Lead Fleet Technician, you'll schedule and perform maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and maintain service records. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising technicians
• Generating work orders and tracking progress
• Maintaining knowledge of vehicle components for diagnostics and repairs
• Monitoring shop performance and efficiency, implementing improvements

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to obtain CDL (training provided)
• Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education
• Experience in a lead technician or supervisory role preferred
• Mechanic’s tool set required
• Willingness to participate in ASE certification; training, testing, and bonuses provided
• Subject to DOT drug testing; no Schedule I drugs allowed
