Forge Truck Centers is one of the nation's top specialized truck dealerships. We deal in a premier lineup of heavy-duty trucks across the country. As we are rapidly expanding, we are looking to hire a Shop Foreman - Diesel Technician.
We are currently hiring a first-shift Heavy Duty Shop Foreman. Candidates must have 5+ years of verifiable heavy truck experience and prior experience in a foreman role.
Qualifications include proficiency in wiring, diagnostics (diagnostic computers will be provided), suspension component replacement, transmission and rear end replacement, engine component replacement, and understanding of basic hydraulic systems. Experience with Cummins and Paccar engines is required, including in-frame overhaul of ISX15 and X15 engines. Mechanics must have their own tools. The position involves 5 hours of overtime weekly.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring technician productivity, minimizing downtime, and maximizing throughput. Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, with 5 hours of overtime weekly. Expected hours: no less than 45 per week.
