Job summary

Vanderbilt Health seeks an experienced MMAPS Admin leader to guide clinical laboratory sections within the Diagnostic Laboratories. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to optimize patient care and performance standards.

Leads in implementing quality measures, coordinates capital budgeting, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a constructive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Laboratory Supervisor certification (Tennessee)
• Relevant work experience required
• Experience level: 5 years
• Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates programs within areas of responsibility; has fiscal accountability for sections.
• Develops work goals and objectives based on organization plans and forecasts; plans to achieve goals through budgeting and program development.
• Monitors payroll reports for overtime and FlexPTO and conducts performance appraisals.
