Personal Growth Counseling Services in Toledo, Ohio seeks a Licensed Diagnostic Assessor, Lead to supervise the Assessment Department and perform diagnostic assessments. You will oversee scheduling, optimize workflows, and lead staff to maintain timely, compliant documentation and excellent client communication.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, collaboration with Clinical Leadership and Administrative Departments, and initiatives to improve access and efficiency for families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Ohio licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of diagnostic assessment experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria.

Responsabilités

• Conduct DSM-5 based diagnostic assessments.
• Provide clinical impressions and treatment planning guidance.
• Deliver assessments in community settings, schools, homes, offices.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation in the EHR.
• Ensure timeliness of assessment reports.
• Oversee scheduling and staff workflows.
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments.
• Promote ethical, confidential practices.
• Mentor assessment staff and drive process improvements.
