Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to own the operational engine of the Design for Manufacturability function, leading a growing team to quote parts at high volume and ensure speed and reliability.

You will partner across Sales, Supply Chain, Applications Engineering, and software teams as Hadrian scales manufacturing footprint toward five-plus factories, building processes, dashboards, and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, operations, or related field.
• Experience leading people or teams.
• Proven track record improving throughput and reliability.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Responsibilities

• Own the daily quoting workflow end to end and manage queues.
• Lead a growing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Design and maintain the production-system workflow and WIP limits.
• Improve quoting speed and reliability as volume grows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and software teams.
• Define performance metrics and operating cadence.
