Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in cloud/platform engineering with 3+ years leading DevSecOps or infra automation.
• Cloud, DevOps, or Kubernetes credential; such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA; CompTIA Security+; CISSP preferred.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated security scanning, environment promotion controls, containerization, patching, and secure enterprise ops.
• Experience managing DevSecOps teams in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline administration, release coordination, and environment alignment.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience supporting cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Ability to coordinate across hosting and development teams.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance as per Gov requirements.

DevSecOps Lead

Lead DevSecOps operations, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, hosting coordination, security integration, patching, monitoring, and incident response across multiple environments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in cloud/platform engineering, including at least 3 years leading DevSecOps or infrastructure automation for enterprise applications.
• Cloud, DevOps, or Kubernetes credential; such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator required; CompTIA Security+ required; CISSP/CASP+ should be preferred
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated security scanning, environment promotion controls, containerization, patching, and operational sustainment in secure enterprise environments
• Experience managing DevSecOps teams in enterprise environments
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline administration, release coordination, and environment alignment
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, vulnerability management, system monitoring, and operational incident response
• Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Desired Qualifications

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$155,000 - $165,000 USD
