Job summary

RCT Systems seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to support a large-scale program focused on ICAM solutions. You will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 mission availability.

Required TS/SCI with Polygraph, a Bachelor's with 11–15 years of experience, and strong AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Nexus expertise. Expect 401k vesting, generous PTO and a $500 annual technology allowance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree with 11-15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven DevOps expertise with Jenkins, GitHub, Rundeck and SDLC knowledge.
• Strong AWS experience including CloudFormation, EC2, S3, RDS and VPC.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, ECS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Nexus repository administration; Git, JIRA and Confluence knowledge.
• Familiarity with container registries and container security practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps engineering efforts across the full SDLC.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Support containerized applications in a 24/7 environment.
• Provide on-call rotation support to ensure mission availability.
