Job summary

PNC in Pittsburgh seeks a Software Engineer Lead-DevOps to guide platform reliability and automation within the Data and Automation group. Based in the office, you will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and production readiness while mentoring teammates.

Collaborating with platform architects, ML engineers, security, and data teams, you will implement reusable engineering standards, oversee releases, and ensure scalable, governed enterprise AI/ML features across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading DevOps practices in production environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, monitoring and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer for a Hybrid Vendor Product with reliability and production readiness ownership.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC, environment automation, release management, monitoring and recovery.
• Mentor team members and establish reusable engineering standards across platforms.
