Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior DevOps/Infrastructure leader to design and operate our enterprise omnichannel marketing platform across client and internal environments. You will shape deployment patterns, work directly with client security teams, and ensure safe landings in regulated settings.

You will own platform reliability, observability, security, and CI/CD, guiding a team as you land the product in environments you do not fully control, including client cloud accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience deploying in client cloud accounts or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Role overview

Lead how an enterprise omnichannel marketing platform for healthcare is deployed and operated across multiple environments, including clients' own cloud accounts. Shape operational practices from the ground up, working directly with client infrastructure and security teams to land the platform safely in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive deployment patterns so the platform runs reliably in more than one environment, parameterized, repeatable, and clearly documented.
• Work directly with client infrastructure and security teams to bring the platform live in their environment without forking the product.
• Direct the operational posture of data stores, covering backup and restore, failover testing, capacity planning, and secure connectivity.
• Drive platform-level observability, security, and CI/CD while partnering with internal IT, DevSecOps, and security teams on audit readiness.
• Establish incident response and on-call practice as the team grows.
• Set standards and guardrails for AI-assisted changes to infrastructure code so generated changes stay safe to apply.

Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including 2+ years leading a team.
• Production experience with serverless or managed-service infrastructure, not only container fleets.
• Track record deploying and operating software in environments you do not fully control, such as client cloud accounts or regulated settings.
• Demonstrated experience hiring and growing engineers and running a technical interview loop from scratch.
• Comfort directing and reviewing AI-assisted changes to infrastructure code with sound judgment on human-in-the-loop review.
