Job summary

ConnectDER is seeking a senior firmware engineering lead in Philadelphia with a hybrid work arrangement. You will own the device software system end to end, defining the architecture and driving fast, iterative delivery while hands-on coding.

Lead a small team to ship robust firmware for revenue-grade metering, including secure OTA updates and safety certifications. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in EE/CE/CS and 7+ years of firmware experience on 32-bit MCUs with C/C++/Rust.

• Expert in C, C++, or Rust with deep bare-metal/RTOS on 32-bit MCUs.
• Technical leadership in partitioning workstreams and shipping code yourself.
