Job description

We are seeking a Lead Developer ready to take the next step in their career. This position requires proven leadership and strong technical skills. It is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the project manager to lead projects exceeding 500 hours.
2. Assist in developing scope documents and budgets for new projects.
3. Create WBS and tasks to meet project requirements.
4. Ensure accurate time and progress data in the project management system.
5. Communicate with clients, including Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Internal IT.
6. Adhere to internal documentation standards.
7. Manage Git branches and pull requests.
8. Ensure development complies with architectural and coding standards.
9. Manage projects within budget constraints.
10. Lead application development, primarily using ASP.NET (C#.NET).
11. Handle requirements analysis and database design/maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. 7 years of web development experience.
2. Experience with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC, TCP/IP, and IMAP.
3. Experience with legacy system conversions.
4. Basic understanding of networking and OS administration, including troubleshooting connectivity, DNS/SSL certificates, and Active Directory.
5. Ability to elicit requirements from non-technical business users.
6. Ability to design systems based on business requirements.
7. Perform as a technical lead through the SDLC.
8. Adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
9. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
10. Willingness to drive medium-sized projects to completion in fast-paced settings.
11. Experience with CSS/HTML, Visual Studio, Kendo UI, Angular, Azure, Linux, Mobile Development; a BS/BA degree is a plus.
