Job Description: Client seeks an experienced Hands-On Lead Developer specializing in the Microsoft technology stack to lead middleware development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure PaaS/SaaS development, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. Strong expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, and middleware technologies like Mirth, Boomi, and Salesforce are preferred. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud is a plus. The role demands exceptional analytical reasoning, critical thinking skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
  1. Act as a technical lead for development teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
Middleware Development:
  1. Design and develop scalable middleware solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
  2. Implement integration solutions with platforms like Mirth, Boomi, and Salesforce.
Azure PaaS/SaaS Development:
  1. Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) to design cloud-native applications.
  2. Ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
Database Management:
  1. Develop and optimize complex queries and procedures for SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  2. Ensure high availability and performance of database systems.
CI/CD and Release Management:
  1. Set up and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
  2. Oversee release pipelines, ensuring efficient and error-free deployments.
Problem Solving & Analysis:
  1. Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions.
  2. Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
  1. Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack (C, .NET Core, Azure).
  2. Proficiency in JavaScript / ECMA scripts.
  3. Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS/SaaS services.
  4. Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle database development.
Middleware & Integration Tools:
  1. Experience with tools like Mirth, Boomi, and Salesforce integration.
  2. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud is a plus.
CI/CD and DevOps:
  1. Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management.
  2. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
