About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI systems that solve real-world problems and power data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable machine learning models for classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data engineering, software development) to understand business requirements and deploy ML solutions into production.
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data collection, model training, performance evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Stay current with the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate its applicability to company needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists.
• Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or AI roles.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical methods.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
• Experience in deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
