Lead Developer Cloud Native | AWS | .NET | Node.js | Terraform
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time

Were looking for a Lead Developer with deep technical expertise and a builders mindset to architect, develop, and deploy resilient, scalable systems using modern AWS services and DevOps tooling. If you're passionate about cloud engineering and leading high-impact technical initiatives, we want to talk.

What Youll Work On:

• Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services including ECS, Lambda, Fargate, and CodeDeploy, aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers through architecture, implementation, and deployment.
• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Create robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and implement Semantic Release workflows.
• Develop backend systems in .NET (68) and Node.js.
• Architect and optimize database interactions with RDS Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Drive containerization strategy using Docker and ECS.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a senior or lead developer in cloud-native environments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS services, especially Fargate, ECS, Lambda, and CodeDeploy.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core (6–8), Node.js and (C#)
• Mastery of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with containers and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentorship.

• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience leading distributed or remote-first teams.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and cost optimization in AWS environments.
