Job summary

Sevaa Group is seeking a Lead Developer to architect, develop, deploy, and maintain modern web experiences that are secure, compliant, and high performing. You will drive best practices, guide architectural design, and collaborate with Sales, Success, and Infrastructure teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

You’ll lead a team, contribute to documentation, engage in public speaking, and help grow a culture centered on quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-driven with a growth mindset and a proven track record of self-improvement.
• Strong front end development skills.
• Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Familiarity with accessibility requirements such as Section 508
• Familiarity with Privacy Laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA with an understanding of how to implement compliant solutions.
• A deep understanding of performance metrics and techniques to improve them through various methods such as caching, preprocessing images, efficient search engines.
• Understanding of how pages are loaded and rendered.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Cypress
