Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Desktop Technician Supervisor to lead the in-house desktop support team and oversee hardware, software, and device lifecycle. This 100% in-office role requires hands-on troubleshooting, ticket triage, and collaboration with attorneys and staff to deliver reliable IT service.

You will manage imaging, moves, and inventory, mentor junior technicians, monitor service levels, and participate in IT projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Office products, and firm specific applications.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating desktop support staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support desktop technicians in timely and effective technical support.
• Take helpdesk calls and tickets, monitor queues, triage issues, resolve matters, escalate when needed.
• Document, maintain, upgrade hardware/software per firm policies.
