Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a PHES Senior Designer to lead packaging and design for Propulsion-HVAC & Engine Systems. You will use NX CAD to design air induction components, ducts, housings, and exhaust parts, coordinating with engineers to ensure manufacturability and performance.

The role requires 7+ years in NX or CATIA, strong GD&T, and experience with Teamcenter, with domestic/international travel up to 20%. The ideal candidate collaborates across teams and demonstrates excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or HS with relevant design/engineering training.
• 7+ years of NX or CATIA experience and strong packaging emphasis.
• Experience creating 2D drawings and 3D models with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create explicit geometry using parametric modeling.
• Perform packaging feasibility and manufacturability studies.
• Collaborate with engineers on manufacturing/service analyses and design reviews.
• Redesign complex assemblies to improve quality and commonize parts.
• Lead design and packaging meetings with strong communication skills.
