Job summary

HILGARTWILSON, LLC is looking for a Designer (Level 3) to join their Seattle, WA office. In this role, you'll oversee the design process including conceptual design and project execution for various projects like mixed-use, multi-family, and hotels.

You will lead the design team's efforts, ensuring the integration of design intent throughout all phases and collaborating closely with architectural staff.

This position requires at least 8 years of experience in a design firm along with proficiency in design tools such as Revit and Auto-CAD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm focusing on commercial interiors.
• Previous experience leading design meetings and managing deliverables.
• Comprehensive understanding of design and constructability.
