Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Design Project Manager for a full-time permanent role in Dallas, TX (onsite) with multi-location exposure across Dallas, Austin, and Chicago markets.

You will lead design and construction project management, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Deltek/Revit. A architecture degree and 10+ years of experience are required for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years or more of experience in design project management and construction.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Procore, Deltek and other project management software.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture is required.
• Proven track record of leading and coordinating diverse teams with collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction project management efforts from initiation to closeout.
• Develop project management plans for each phase with oversight from leadership.
• Manage design meetings, owner/client meetings and project team meetings.
• Establish agendas, document decisions, and communicate next steps.
• Develop resource plans including internal and consultant management.
• Monitor hours and manage internal resources using Deltek.
• Oversee consultant contracts: RFPs, proposals, selections, and scopes.
• Create and manage design schedules; communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage Owner Authorization to Proceed processes for design phases.
• Track deliverables and ensure on-time completion with quality.
• Demonstrate collaboration and lead by example while pursuing annual goals.
