The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 1+ years of engineering/drafting experience, with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years engineering, design, drafting, or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components for product development using Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Develop drawings, assembly documentation, and BOMs.
• Conduct product testing, performance analysis, and cost evaluation.
• Supervise drafting team and manage workloads and priorities.
• Coordinate prototype fabrication and testing activities.
• Support manufacturing with troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Create CNC programming files and manufacturing layouts.
• Assist with product launches and production implementation.
