Job summary

NDX Human Capital Solutions is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead a small team in the development of mechanical systems using CAD and FEA. You will guide concept development, detail drawing execution, and design reviews within a collaborative project team.

The role requires strong CAD skills (Creo/NX/Catia), experience with Ansys Mechanical, and solid communication; travel may be involved, with a focus on delivering robust designs that meet specifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with parametric 3D modeling and GD&T.
• Creo/NX and/or Catia CAD proficiency; Ansys Mechanical experience.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of a small design team.
• Design mechanical systems and components using CAD and perform FEA.
• Prepare technical specifications and project status reports.
• Support manufacturing with ECR responses and testing.
