Job summary

Clayco, a full-service real estate and construction firm, is seeking a Project Director to lead design-build projects from design through completion on large-scale ventures valued from $60M to $250M. Based in the Southern U.S., you will partner with owners, design teams, and staff to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will mentor project managers and engineers, build client and subcontractor relationships, manage schedules and budgets, and assume full responsibility for project execution in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, or architecture.
• 15–20 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience leading a PM team.
• Ability to walk job sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
