Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Director to provide leadership on design-build projects from inception to completion. You will be the single point of contact for the owner and design team, ensuring quality and timely execution on projects valued from $60 million to over $250 million.

Based in St. Louis, MO, you will build client and subcontractor relationships, mentor project managers, establish forecasts and budgets, and manage costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale design-build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
