Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands. You’ll provide preventive care, educate patients, and collaborate with dentists and the hygiene team to tailor treatments. The role offers autonomy within a collaborative environment and a patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• A licensed dental hygienist focused on patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
