Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Active New Jersey dental license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Advanced clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead clinical provider, overseeing day-to-day patient care and clinical quality.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures, including complex cases.
• Mentor and support associate dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants.
• Establish and uphold clinical protocols, quality standards, and best practices.
• Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients.
• Collaborate with practice leadership and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
