Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director. This full-time role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight to ensure exceptional patient care while leveraging the DSO's support services.

You will mentor dental teams, conduct comprehensive exams, present treatment options, and drive quality at scale. Competitive compensation, signing incentive, relocation stipend, and access to ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.
• Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while upholding high ethical and professional standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and a team of dental professionals.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education.
