Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Proven leadership in a clinical setting.
• Ability to oversee patient-centric care and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric clinical team while upholding high standards of dental practice.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Present treatment options and discuss plans with patients.
• Mentor and coach dental professionals and staff to maintain quality care.
• Oversee budgeting and work with Operations to meet financial objectives.
