Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Monitor budget and collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental staff.
• Stay current with dental developments through ongoing professional education.
• Engage with professional groups and societies to represent Aspen Dental in the community.
