Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Provide comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Deliver high-quality clinical treatments with efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of budget and collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental staff.
• Stay updated on dentistry advances through continuing education and professional development.
• Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
