The role includes regular continuing education in implants, endo, clear aligners, and more, with a commitment to ethical and compliant practice and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school is required.
• Active state dental license and CPR certification are required.
• DEA license (or in process) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
