The ideal candidate holds an active Dental Assistant Certification and NC X-Ray certification, plus a HS diploma, with the ability to lift 15–20 lbs and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification required.
• Valid NC X-Ray Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day workflow of clinical staff.
• Place supply orders and monitor inventory usage to maintain proper stock levels.
• Train, mentor, and support new clinical team members.
• Serve as the OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer, ensuring full compliance.
• Follow safety policies and promote excellent patient experiences.
• Carry out regular Chairside Dental Assistant duties as needed.
