Lane- is recruiting a Head Dental Assistant for our Greensboro location. This full-time role supervises clinical staff, manages supplies, and ensures budget compliance while supporting daily chairside duties and patient care.

Ideal candidates hold a Dental Assistant Certification and NC X-Ray certification, with a high school diploma or GED. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced dental team environment.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification is required.
• Valid State of NC X-Ray Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical staff workflow.
• Place supply orders and monitor inventory to maintain stock.
• Maintain office budget and track supply expenses.
• Verify and submit supply and lab invoices to Accounting.
• Train and mentor new clinical team members.
• Serve as OSHA & Radiation Safety Officer and enforce safety policies.
• Promote patient experiences to support 5-Star Google Reviews.
• Perform chairside dental assistant duties and assist dentist as needed.
