The position requires NC X-Ray Certification and a Dental Assistant Certification, plus a HS diploma. You’ll thrive with strong organizational skills and teamwork, with Fridays off at 2 PM and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification is required.
• North Carolina X-Ray Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with all aspects of patient care.
• Reinforce preventive care instructions to patients.
• Seat and prepare patients for treatment.
• Support patients during dental procedures while ensuring comfort and calm.
• Clean and disinfect operatories after each procedure.
• Prepare tray set-ups and sterilize all instruments.
• Take preliminary impressions as needed.
• Monitor all lab cases to ensure readiness for patient appointments.
• Maintain accuracy of the lab tracking system.
• Manage dental supply inventory and ensure operatory readiness.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
• Assist with obtaining 5-star Google reviews through excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
