Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Garner, NC is hiring a Head Dental Assistant to lead the clinical team and support the dentist in delivering exceptional patient care. You will supervise daily workflows, manage inventory, train new staff, and act as the OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer to uphold safety and compliance.

The role includes handling supply budgets, coordinating with dental labs, and driving patient satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification (required).
• Valid NC X-Ray Certification (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day workflow of clinical staff.
• Carry out regular chairside dental assistant duties.
• Place supply orders and monitor inventory usage to maintain stock levels.
• Train, mentor, and support new clinical team members.
• Serve as OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer to ensure compliance.
• Enforce safety policies and company procedures.
• Support the retrieval of 5-Star Google Reviews by promoting excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental labs as needed.
