Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required.
• Lead Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
• Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the dental assisting team
• Mentor and train new and existing team members
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on patient care
• Assist with clinical workflows and daily scheduling efficiencies
• Ensure treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment are organized and maintained
• Support the doctor in delivering high-quality care and an excellent patient experience
• Help implement and uphold clinical protocols and best practices
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
