Ideal Dental in Garland, TX is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join a clinician-led, growth-focused team. You will support dentists, take x-rays, manage patient flow, and help prep operatories while upholding infection-control standards.

With active RDA license and CPR certification, you’ll educate patients, perform iTero scans, take impressions, and assist across wide procedures. We offer training, modern tools, and a culture where your smile truly matters and your career can grow.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile.
• iTero scanner training and usage.
• Prepping and educating guests before the Dr. Exam.
• Assisting Dentists with all procedures.
• Sterilizing instruments.
• Preparing treatment rooms.
• Recording medical history for each guest.
• Performing X-rays.
• Charting existing and recommended treatments.
• Performing other duties as required to support the office.
• Working collectively as a team to provide the best quality guest care.
