Job summary

Tactical Demolition in the DFW Metroplex is seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5+ years of demolition or heavy civil construction experience to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of demolition means and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage demolition projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Oversee jobsite operations, superintendents, and field crews
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Lead jobsite meetings and provide progress updates
• Resolve field issues efficiently and professionally
• Ensure proper documentation, permits, and project close-out
• Experience with commercial and industrial demolition (preferred)
• Knowledge of environmental abatement coordination (preferred)
• Estimating or preconstruction experience a plus (preferred)
