About The Role

Lead Delivery Stream Engineer responsible for procurement activities (pre‑PO and post‑PO) within the WBS 9/10 Electrical and I&C Equipment Tower and the Westinghouse APX Supply Chain organization. Reports to the WBS 9 Electrical Equipment Manager. Located at the Cranberry Township office on a hybrid basis. No relocation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in building a sourcing strategy considering Total Cost of Ownership (prices, delivery, quality).
• Develop and implement processes and standard works within the organization.
• Build a bridge with Engineering, SPE, Global Procurement, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to develop a strong execution plan.
• Scout the market to identify modern technologies that create value for the end customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract/project administration, preferably for large, complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills across cultures, languages, and locations.
• Strong analytical experience with advanced problem‑solving ability and ownership mindset.
• Ability to develop and maintain long‑term productive relationships with suppliers.
• A team player collaborating with multiple regions and product lines to serve Westinghouse customers.
• Ability to engage at all organizational levels and sustain high‑quality professional relationships.
• Strategic and analytical orientation with ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results.
• Experience with large and complex cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Base salary range: $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
