Job summary

Role Overview

In this role, you will directly deliver customers’ boxes to the correct address during the correct time window and in pristine condition. You are expected to maintain a positive attitude, a safety‑first mindset, and prioritize our customers.

• Schedule: Tuesday‑Friday 6:00 am start

What You’ll Be Doing

• Comply with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times—including wearing your seatbelt, safely exiting and entering traffic, using hands‑free cellular features, and proper lifting form.
• Verify all deliveries in our routing app.
• Deliver customer orders directly to customers’ doorsteps with professionalism and care.
• Safely navigate varying weather conditions and hazards throughout the shift, both inside and outside the vehicle.
• Use proper lifting form to safely load and unload up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Support our Packaging Return Program by picking up and documenting customer recycling.
• Support overall delivery volume, which may include helping other drivers complete their routes or working overtime as needed.

What You Have

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license for at least two years.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least two years of previous delivery driving experience.
• Comfortable operating a delivery van in all types of weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice for You to Have

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
