Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in mechanical, electrical, computer science or robotics.
• 6+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Strong programming in C++ and/or Python.
• Experience with AD/ADAS systems and sensor fusion.
• Experience with large foundation models / vision-language models.
• Ability to lead and manage an AI team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams in Japan and the USA.
• Ideate concepts, plan strategies, and design validation processes for ADAS/AD.
• Perform complex system analysis with high analytical rigor.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
• Publish technical papers and patents, present technologies at conferences.
